Natural relief from headache and Migraine

Wash your face with normal water

Small onions when fries in oil and wrapped in a thin cotton cloth and kept on forehead with little warm wil immediately reduce headache.


Keep a wet cotton cloth on forehead and lie down for 5 minutes.

Drink as much water as possible.

Dont have any food that u need to stress your teeth to bite

Be in a pleasant environment

Feeling the aroma of eucalyptus , sandalwood will reduce migraine


Increase in BP, high sugar levels and tensions may be the reasons behind headaches.
So keep your mind peaceful and cool down yourself. Excessive muscle contractions in neck part will also cause headache. Ask someone to massage head and neck part for the solution.
