Home Remedies for Giddiness

Take a spoon of sugar immediately if you feel giddiness

Avoid drugs,alcohol and tobacco

Practise Yoga for a healthy lifestyle

Mix glucose in a cup of water and intake

Take nutrition rich foods. Eat atleast 3 fruits a day and follow a healthy balanced diet.

 Note:
Giddiness caused by gas, middle ear problems, impaired eyesight, drugs, limited air and rapid movements.
