Easy ways to lose weight



Drink 2 glasses of water early in the morning.After passing stools have 2 long pieces of papaya in empty stomach. papaya removes all the unwanted fat in the stomach and intestine.

Make sure that all the food intaken should be warm and not cold.

A healthy way to lose weight is to eat less fat and calories, eating small portions and kept active.

 Get up 15 minutes early in the morning and breakfast at home.

 Include fruit,vegetables and skimmed milk.

 Prepare a healthy lunch the night before. Include grains, fruits, and vegetables.  

 Bring a fruit to snack on at work. Drink water instead of soda.   

Eat smaller portions at dinner. Add vegetables and a salad with low fat dressing.Walk or take the stairs instead of the elevator

Maintain a balanced diet with proteins and vitamins rich foods most important.

Do some physical activity like playing,gardening, jogging to keep hte body brisk and active.
