Morning and evening sunlight exposure is very good to body and is rich in vitamin D.Avoid exposure to noon direct sunlight. The sun's ultraviolet rays causes skin to age faster.
Apply coconut oil to the body before you go to bed,it nourishes skin and is a very good natural moisturiser and lasts long.
