Hangover Home Remedies



Consume Vitamin C rich citrus fruits more.

Increase the intake of water.

Drink a glass of water adding lime to it

Have a cup of strong coffee

Consume a tablespoon of honey. This will be helpful for person who have consumed high alcohol.
Take a hot water shower

Have choco milk with more sugar

Having food before and after drinking will reduce hangover
