Drink a cup of hot rea
Eat fiber rich foods like whole grains,fruits and vegetables so that there is free soft stool. The banana trunk is very good in fiber content.
Eat a banana everyday once
papaya helps in free flow of stool/motion without any strain and pain
Drink a lot of water and fresh fruit juices.
Have atleast a healthy salad a day which includes fruits and veggies before food
Hot lime water or hot water taken will smoothen the stool in intestine and will speed up the outgoing of stool.
Avoid taking junk foods like breads and all flour(mydha) made products. Bakery foods also fastens the mensuration in female children at an early age
Have 5 small meals with 3 hours inbetween to have a healthy body.
Intake of food should be hot/warm and not cold food.
