Hip Sprain Remedies from Home

Relaxing the hip in warm water mixed with rock salt will gradually reduce the sprain and give a good relief

Heat powdered camphor with coconut oil and once warm apply on hip and massage for 3 minutes. he camphor will imbibe the hip pain.

Eucalyptus is very helpful and good remedy for all external pains in the human body.

Massage the hip with warm oil for 5 minutes in circular motion

Ice cubes tied in a cotton cloth and pressed on the hip at regular intervals also gives immediate relief

Take a hot shower bath quite a long time

Fry skin peeled small onions in coconut oil for 2 minutes and tie the fried onions in a cotton cloth.
then when warm press at regular intervals  on the sprained hip to reduce pains.
