Menstural Problems - Home Remedies

Keep your mind and body cool during periods. Drink a lot of water and dont let your body heat.

During periods there are lot of chances to get infections. Clean a  ginger and half-grind it. then boil ginger in water.once its warm consume a cup of ginger water to remover constipation problems.

Consuming papaya is very good to health during menstural flow


Banana flower is a very good remedy for those who have excessive blood flow. Remove the center strands of banana flower and after half crushing, mix with a cup of curd and consume.

Boil coriander leaves in water along with sugar or jaggery and consume once warm.
