Consume lot of water because dehydration may be the reason behind low B.P
Have a cup of black coffee immediately
Intake dry fruits (after soaking for 10 hours) like raisins,dry grapes in empty stomach in morning to maintain balance in B.P
Include iodized salt,fruits and vegetables in your diet
Foods rich in Vitamin B,vitamin C and protein have to be intaken.
Light exercises like walking,Yoga and meditation have to be followed daily to have a healthy body.
