Dry Skin - Home Remedies



One hour beforre taking bath apply warm coconut oil and apply on the dry skin areas and the take bath.

Nutritional diet rich with vitamins A, B, C, D must be taken.

Tender coconut water, carotenoid foods like carrot, cucumber are very good to maintain a healthy and fresh skin

Its better to use coconut oil for cooking purposes.

Make a pulp of raw papaya and apply on effected area. Papaya has a purification action, softening dead skin cells and aiding their removal and is very effective medicine for dry skin.

Use fresh warm water always to wash face.

Add leaves of tulsi and eucalyptus in bathing water before boiling and then take bath in this herbal water
